1-year warranty

All ZOSS products are guaranteed against all technical defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. Customers only need to pay for the shipping cost during maintenance and repair.

What is not covered

All defects due to incidents, improper use or abuse are explicitly excluded from the warranty, including:

  1. Improper use, such as using the wrong power adapter.
  2. Artificial damage, such as dropping, water damage or burning.
  3. Surface scratches and damage on the watch winder after use.
