Who is responsible for custom and duty fees?

          CUSTOMS/DUTY FEES: We are not responsible for any customs, duty payments, taxes or brokerage fees incurred.

          Note:  U.S Custom and Duty fees

  • Shipments whose value is worth $800 or less are considered Section 321 entry. These packages are usually duty-free.
  • Informal entry: Packages that are more than $800 but less than $2,500. Informal entries fees: $2.10 per shipment, $5.77 mail fee, $3.15 manual entry.
  • Formal entry: Goods valued at more than $2,500. Formal entries: 0.3464 percent of the value of the goods with a minimum charge of $26.22 and a maximum charge of $508.70.

 

 What is the return policy? 

          All returns must be authorized within 14 working days of order receipt. Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Items not returned in new condition and/or without original packaging and accessories are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

          A Return Authorization is required for ALL returns. Any returns not accompanied by a valid Return Authorization will not be accepted. Zoss Watch winder is not responsible for return freight costs.
